SC Aviation Week exists to promote airports and the state’s aviation industry by highlighting how our airports and related businesses contribute to our economy, and the legislation that impacts the state airport system. Each year, South Carolina Aeronautics Commission and South Carolina Aviation Association partner together on this initiative, and Governor Henry McMaster has proclaimed August 15-21, 2021, South Carolina Aviation Week.
